Cheseaux, May 30th, 2008. Kudelski S.A. announces that it has requested the transfer of its bearer shares to the Main Segment of the SWX, as of June 30th, 2008.
Currently, the bearer shares are listed on the segment SWX “EU-Compatible” (Swiss security Nr. 1 226 836 – ISIN CH0012268360 – Symbol KUD).
The approved of the request will involve a transfer of the Kudelski SA bearer shares from the segment “EU Regulated” of SWX Europe (formerly virt-x), to the “UK Regulated” Marked Segment.
