Rerate Limited is a USA-based supplier of equipment, systems and services for various communications markets. Major markets served include Broadcast, Fixed and Wireless Telecommunication networks, Satellite Communications, Information Technology Networks, Data Centers, Intelligence and Government, in the Americas and Caribbean Regions. With a key growth focus in the Cala region, Rerate serves its international customer base by managing engineering, sales, support and distribution facilities with four locations in three countries.

Which are the brands and key customers you focus on in your region?

Rerate proudly holds and maintains strong relationships with key regional industry leaders, such as Claro, Altice, Digicel, RJR Group, and Telemicro, among many others.  In addition to the Kudelski Group, our company currently represents, supplies and integrates infrastructure solutions from leading brands within the ICT sector, including Telestream, Imagine, Commscope, GatesAir, Parallel Wireless, and Comtech, to mention a few.


What makes you interested in Kudelski Group solutions for the markets you serve?

The NAGRA-Kudelski Group portfolio brings a breadth of best-of-breed solutions that address our customers' key security concerns.  Over the years, we have come to clearly understand that successful sales relationships require much more than just great products: they require great people behind them.  We find that the Kudelski Group team members bring a top-notch level of sales and relationship management to support our efforts, and we find ourselves wanting to bring more and more opportunities to such a well-coordinated, supportive and professional group.


Which Kudelski Group products and solutions are you focusing on in your region?

Our sales teams continually approach our customers and channel partners with the latest and most advanced solutions available to improve existing infrastructure deployments.  We are currently running campaigns to very actively promote and develop NAGRA Digital TV solutions including watermarking and anti-piracy services, along with cybersecurity from Kudelski Security, and SKIDATA portfolios with our Government, Enterprise and Service provider customers.


How do you see Kudelski Group as a key differentiator for Rerate in your market area?

The Kudelski Group portfolio is already proving to be a differentiator with some key sectors, such as the telecom service providers and banking sector customers. Having a world-class security focused partner such as Kudelski helps us round-out our portfolio assuring customers they will be receiving the quality, trusted and repeatable results they need.


Any specific project(s) to highlight?

We have a very challenging pay-TV project that began deployment just before Covid and that promises to have a strong growth potential over the next two years, including growing to leverage the power of the NAGRA GO Live platform to reach customers beyond the operator's own network.  Other projects involve addressing the banking sector through quality Managed Security Solutions, easing some of the real challenges local IT teams face every day against new security threats.
