Cheseaux, July 23, 2008 – The Kudelski Group today announced that Adrienne Corboud Fumagalli, Executive Vice President and Member of the Executive Board, will step down from her current role at the end of August 2008 to take up an appointment at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL). In her nearly eight years with the Group, Adrienne Corboud Fumagalli was involved in the major Kudelski acquisitions and she also successfully established and developed the mobile TV business unit.

Yves Pitton, Group Vice President– Special Projects Strategy will assume Adrienne Corboud Fumagalli’s operational activities. He will take up his new position on September 1st, 2008. Mr. Pitton joined the Group in 2006 and has since played an important role in Group strategy development and new business research.
